The recent earthquakes in Northwest Syria have caused widespread damage and destruction to over 640 schools out of the +1,670 operating schools. This natural disaster has had a significant impact on the already fragile education system in the region, leaving thousands of children without access to safe and functional schools.
Our goal is to provide these children with a renewed sense of hope and opportunity by rebuilding and rehabilitating schools that have been damaged or destroyed by the earthquake. By doing so, we can ensure that these children have access to the education they need to succeed and thrive and restore their dreams for a brighter future.
The “Rebuild Dreams” campaign aims to repair and rehabilitate the schools damaged by the earthquake in Aleppo and Idlib governorates. So far, we have restored more than 20 schools, securing safe environment to more than 4,000 students, but we have a long way to go.
By supporting this initiative, you are not only helping to provide a safe and secure learning environment for these children, but also making a lasting impact on their lives and communities.
The cost for repairing a damaged school is $20,000
Together, we can rebuild dreams for children in Northwest Syria
