In light of recent conversations and as part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and organizational excellence, the Board has decided to form an ad hoc independent External Review Committee. This committee will include respected individuals from our donor and partner community.
This independent committee will share its findings and recommendations publicly.
We view this as a positive and reassuring step that reflects our core values and reinforces our dedication to upholding the highest standards of integrity and service in pursuit of our mission.
