In a region deeply affected by years of crisis, our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing educational environment for the children of Syria, empowering them to build a brighter future. The education system in Syria has borne the brunt of this crisis, leaving 6.4 million school-aged children in desperate need of educational support, and 2.4 million school-aged children out of school. Shockingly, in northwest Syria alone, a staggering one million students are currently deprived of access to schooling, exacerbating the already dire situation. The recent earthquake has only compounded these challenges, causing widespread destruction of over 640 schools, and leaving 200,000 children without access to education.

Our Response:

In response to this urgent need, we have established Al Mountada Private Model Schools, dedicated to providing a transformative educational experience that transcends mere textbooks. Our goal is to build an enlightened and empowered generation, equipped to shape the future of Syria. The school in Afrin, northern Syria, will be a state-of-the-art three-story facility featuring 24 classrooms, serving approximately 600 students, half of whom are orphans. We are committed to delivering a holistic curriculum, employing innovative teaching methodologies, and fostering a supportive environment that nurtures curiosity and personal development.
